I teach doctoral level students and organizational change and leadership are two of my research areas. Have you read Bolman and Deal's book on Reframing Organizations? This is a classic and works well to apply to Fullan's change theories. Good luck to you.

Hello Leaders! I am currently working on my dissertation and I am looking into the connection between school culture and the achievement gap. I am wanting to find out what other leaders do to create a positive culture. I just presented at the NC CLosing the Gap conference on this topic and I am very interested in learning from others. My most recent reads on this topic is the new book from Dr. Muhammad "Transforming School Culture" and Doug Reeves "Leading Change in Your School". Both are excellent. What other books have you read?
