Discussion for Assessments

I am looking for some input on reputable assessment companies.  No big name companies, perhaps a small to mid-size company that is reputable.  Any input or advice on Questar?  Their site looks great, but what is the reputation and credibility of them?  I would love some input.  I'm not looking for input on Pearson, Renaissance Learning, CTB, etc.  Those are all bigger name players. I am looking for something reliable and smaller scale.

Thanks for the input and discussion.  I would also love to know why you feel they are reputable - academcis, tie with curriculum, longevity, etc.
