This was a great reminder for me, Robyn. I've been doing a lot of reading on the importance of emotional intelligence, and one my weaknesses is self-awareness. I can often identify when someone is "throwing shade", but I don't often have the wherewithal to stop the snarky judgment in my head and move into curiosity mode. This video was a great reminder how important this is, and I'll take this with me on my journey of nurturing and growing my EQ. Thank you!
