Blunders and Breakthroughs as a New Principal

Hello Everyone! I am going to attempt to start a blog entitled Blunders and Breakthroughs as a New Principal, which is intended to be a compilation of reflections on my first and second year as a Principal. This blog will seek to assist new and aspiring Principals by providing a current, relational perspective on the challenges they will likely face.  I am new to blogging but I have a lot to say, so check back as I figure out the blogging world.
